3 Ways We Serve You!



Hey, guys. In my last video I answered some questions I get asked frequently during listing appointments. Today, I have a few more important questions I wanted to answer.

How will you attract buyer to my property?


Marketing is my forte; I love marketing. It’s my goal to set our homes a part from other listings.

For example, my sign says, “Buy this home and I’ll Buy Your Home in Cash.”  What does this mean? It gives that buyer the reassurance that their home will be sold immediately.

We also bring in a professional photographer to really showcase your home. Most buyers start their search online so it’s important to put your best foot forward.

How many buyers are you currently working with?

At any given time we always have a list of 50-75 buyers. When we get a listing, we send out an email to the buyers showcasing your home!

How will you make sure my needs are attended to?

My wife and I always follow up with our clients. We call at least once a week to update you on the status of your home and we give you our direct line that you can use at any time.

We also have a login to our website that allows you to track the progress of your home.
